To be eligible for a return, your item must be received (within the 30 days from purchase) in the original packaging with products unopened. Refunds apply to the first order for subscription products only. Refunds are not applicable to any subsequent shipments, even if they are billed, paid, or shipped during this 30-day period. You can cancel your subscription in the portal at any time prior to the next billing.
For hygiene reasons, Detox box items including our dry brush, tongue scraper and copper cup are not eligible for return.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 at Potion. Standard shipping can take 3-7 business days. If you need expedited shipping, you can pay for this option and we are happy to assist you in selecting this option at checkout. Depending on location, custom fees and requirements may apply. Please note that these fees are not included in the shipping cost upon order processing and the customer is responsible for all related fees relating to customs or orders being held due to import restrictions. We are a small business operating out of San Francisco and do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Usually orders will be fulfilled on our end within 24-72 hours and standard shipping can take 2-7 business days beyond this. If you have an urgent request to expedite shipping, we can help you select an expedited shipping option at checkout and inform our fulfillment team of this request to assist in faster fulfillment of our order.
