Immune-Boosting Soup Recipe

Total Time: 35 minutes

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 inches fresh ginger, grated
1 sweet potato, cubed
4 cups vegetable broth
1 can of coconut milk
2 cups kale, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
One dropper of Potion's Immunity Potion (before serving)

Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until soft and translucent (about 5 minutes).

Add garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant (about 1 minute).

Add the sweet potato and broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the sweet potato is tender.

Stir in coconut milk and kale. Simmer for another 3 minutes until the kale is wilted.
